Meet Asha, Ceremonial Facilitator & Integration Guide
Hello dear one. My name is Asha, and I’m so grateful you’re here.
I’m a life coach, psychedelic integration specialist, ceremonial facilitator, and holistic healing practitioner.
I’m passionate about nurturing our collective healing and evolution of consciousness through embodied mind-body-soul connection. I believe that we each carry the wisdom and power to create a life rooted in love, truth, and joy, and that healing is ultimately a journey of remembering, reclaiming, and embracing all parts of ourselves.
My specialty is supporting people in navigating and integrating expanded states of consciousness, whether catalyzed by entheogenic medicines or the deep initiations of life itself. I guide clients in weaving the insights from these experiences into grounded, meaningful shifts in daily life, cultivating a deeper felt sense of presence, love, and awareness.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that blends science and spirituality. I hold a BS in Neuroscience, an MS in Toxicology, and I’m currently a PhD candidate in Integral & Transpersonal Psychology at CIIS. I’m also a certified Addiction Recovery & Psychedelic Integration Coach and Women’s Guidance,
In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Guide Team Lead at Mindbloom, where I mentor psychedelic integration coaches and support clients navigating ketamine therapy. I also co-facilitate immersive retreats, including multi-day journeys and containers with Apotheosis and Floresta, working with psychedelic medicines to foster deep healing and transformation.
This work is a profound honor and a true joy for me. It is sacred to walk alongside others on the path home to themselves, and I hold deep gratitude and reverence for every step that we take together.
Why Sadhana?
Sadhana is a Sanskrit word often translated as “a means of accomplishing something”, but to me, it’s much more than that. It is a spiritual practice, a daily devotion, a way of living with intention and alignment.
Sadhana is the foundation of my own life, and a central pillar in my work with clients. It’s not about perfection or performance; it’s about showing up for yourself, again and again, in ways that feel authentic and alive.
Through Sadhana Integration, I help others cultivate personal practices that support growth, connection, and transformation. There is no one right way to practice. Your sadhana might include movement, meditation, ritual, reflection, relating, art, time in nature. The beauty of this path is that it honors your uniqueness, and invites you into deeper relationship with yourself and what you consider sacred.
Sadhana is how we come home, again and again, to the truth of who we are. And from that place, we can create a life of depth, beauty, and presence beyond what we ever imagined.
